Too bad, was the best pool out there

If by "best" you mean the pool with the largest lack of updates to their site and outdated information I guess I would agree.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

ahha I knew I should have listened.

I wont be mining there any more, I've only just gotten over the 0.1 threshold to withdraw since I've tried again with ltc.

It gave me grief the last time, but as soon as I stopped my miners it let me, so I just put it down to the server being ddossed or flooded with requests.. but now it won't let me again, and I see the thief has run away from the forums.

I only retried the pool since I had a few scraps left there. Oh well.

time to look for something else..

No offense people, but the site has the word "troll" in it. That alone raises a flag in my mind.

For everyone else having issues with payouts, just spam the withdraw button every few minutes, the pool sometimes gets balance in the wallet and can pay you.

What does "scam alert" mean in this case? If there is a scam, why not simply close topic?

reading through the thread the site owner has paid back some of the top people who were owed LTC (one was owed ~900)

but i think it requires manual intervention or something, the hot wallet will hit 50 LTC and people will withdraw from it instantly  if you have more than 50 you could never get your money out.

This only works for small miners with a small balance. Any users with a large balance will not be able to receive their payout.

Unless Nick comes back, you have no chance of getting this out because of the reason above. ^^^
There are too many smaller miners still mining this pool that are spamming the withdraw button every time a block is found. This rapidly reduces the hot wallets supply.
So unless for some crazy reason the pool finds 4 blocks extremely fast, and no one other than you withdraws from the pool, you won't be seeing this LTC until (if) Nick comes back.

Where? He OFFERED to put up a page where people could submit a form for reimbursement, but that was almost a month ago. He hasn't put a page up, or said anything since.

People that have successfully cashed out of notroll.in because they were lucky enough to try when the hot wallet had enough funds to cover their withdrawl isn't the same as being reimbursed for the money that Nicksasa stole from them.

I'm referring to Yochdog who had 900 something coins, and couldn't ever cash out because the hot wallet would never get near that  (generally anyone with more than 50 LTC to pay out is in this predicament).  Nick contacted him to let him get his coins - so I and others just have to play the waiting game

it has nothing to do with the double-paying/money taking/whatever thing.

It IS a scam, the owner stole 25% of peoples balances, despite promises to sort it out he's vanished, so if you continue to mine there you are lining the pockets of a THIEF
