i suggest for blockchain wallet , in the philippine many user used coins.ph but other used coinbase and blockchain too. Also you can have your wallet in your trading exchanger.

Hello Toggy, as someone who is new to bitcoin, i ahve been using blockchain.info without any issue for the past year's.
sometime's i transfer small amount of bitcoin to my localbitcoin.com wallet whenever i want to sell instantly without going through the hussle of searching for buyer's on this forum.

NOTE: it's not adviceable to leave large sum of bitcoin in your localbitcoin.com wallet except you have the intension of selling coin quickly. This is because a friend of mine had bad experience on lbc and his coin was locked-up with request of verification doc. before gaining access to this account.

Thanks

If you must, choose one which.

1. Encrypted private key (you don't hold your private key in exchanges, but some exchanges have certain excryption so that they themselves can't see it, though they hold it on behalf of you)

2. Audited (means your funds are not moved, or at least the audited funds/addresses which implies that the wallet keep the funds

3. Guaranteed (in the case of hack, they can refund you)

4. Government-less (some will need KYC check, so if you are wary choose one that doesn't)

Be the person you want to coin.

I use a combination of several options:

- blockchain.info for day-to-day stuff as it's simple and efficient
- coinbase.com to buy and sell bitcoin as it's their main business and the rates are ok
- bitcoin-essentials.com as it's the only one I found paying interest

cheers,

pete

I think bittrex is okay, and blockchain too, no ID and no much stress.
