I couldn't agree more , It's an important list and should be always updated so it should be made by someone who is active on the forums .

This thread didn't get any updates since two years (2015), check the one I made: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1978151.0 It's not fully updated yet but definitely contains more sites then this one.
