I know hilariousandco is a patroller is there any other staff members who are patrollers? Does a patroller act upon Newbies only and can't do anything with anyone higher than a newbie?

Patroller? How do you mean? Patrolling for spam? I regularly report anyone I see spamming useless shit on this forum especially if they aren't actually talking to other users.
