One important point: there is 0 HW errors. So who said that 60+ degrees is unacceptable temperature?..

Take a look at my overclocking results - maximum value of HWE is 0.02%. So relax and enjoy silent S5s.  Wink

its recommended to run around 60 if I recall reading in a manual somewhere

I know that this is an old thread, however
I'm not sure thats a good temp running at stock speeds, I'm running at 400 and have temps at 55 and 59 for the two hash boards
getting a stable no error 1,436th/s average, I do notice the throughput drops to 1260th/s below 50 or above 65 temp, so the sweet spot is around 56-58
Im also running a 2440W dell server supply , with a cheap 120mm exhaust fan on the output, one more thing I noticed my temps run much lower when the miner is sitting on a flat surface with the bottom closed by at least 8 degrees lower
