Hi there! I`ve made my first algoritm for online bitcoin lottery. Please welcome to try it out!
The rules are very simple:

1. Send fixed bet 0.01 BTC to the address 16L1K3HfaFpCC5hcXJjeDkUsAayUGFrS2h
2. Every sixth has paid for today takes all!
3. If didn`t get six bets for today then all bets will refund back

To check hourly updates please follow link: http://btcl.jsmith.modxcloud.com/index.htm

summing up every day at 0:00GMT

good luck!

Nope. https://blockchain.info/address/16L1K3HfaFpCC5hcXJjeDkUsAayUGFrS2h

OP, if you want to run a legit lottery site, you need to build up your trust first or ask a trustworthy person to hold the bitcoin as escrow.

Why not simply use an escrow website until he builds his trust? There is no such thing as a trustworthy person. That trustworthy person must have trust built too Smiley.

Yes we can monitor all the transactions to and from your address, but we won't be able to stop you from running with the bitcoin.
That's why people above suggested you to use escrow.

I would suggest nobody shows any interest in this. It's quite clear OP doesn't want to use an escrow and has intentions of just running off with the funds.
