I am still under my 30 day deposit limit and I feel like the money is being wasted in my Dwolla account...


Please help! Trusted sellers, and I send money first. Non-trusted and you send BTC first.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.
