It seems that over at the digitaal goods sub forum that a lot of people are either selling or giving away carded and stolen accounts of all kinds of websites the main ones seem to be netflix hulu and Minecraft accounts this is illegal why isn't it being enforced?

Report it if you think it violates the forum rules. But it depends mostly on the moderator. How did we know if it is carded or not?

marketplace rules say it is illegal.

Problem is proof the accounts are stolen ones.

Also not all forum rules are really enforced.

It's not allowed but merely suspecting without any proof that items are being purchased with fraudulent cards likely isn't enough for us to remove threads.

Typical american system. In our place doesnt matter if you're guilty or not, they start treating you like a criminal right from the suspected criminal list.

That's not the typical American system.  In America, court system works pretty much independent of whether you're guilty or not.  The person with the better lawyer wins.

Anyways, it's obvious that purchasing fraudulent goods and accounts is not desirable since it means that such accounts could get taken back.  So if you know someone is doing such, just post in their thread that it was all bought using a stolen card and people will likely avoid it like the plague.

Yup, if you think it is illegal report it. I think it should stay. why not?

What about that incident a year or so ago where a guy bought Donator status and was selling hacked Usenet/torrent accounts? There was a huge fuss about it back then and he was banned from selling the hacked accounts.

But now there are dozens of kids selling Usenet, torrent, Netflix, Hulu etc. accounts everywhere...

This is not a court of law. There is not a need to prove someone guilty beyond a reasonable doubt when dealing with rules on an internet forum.

I would not say that a person needs to prove their innocence, however if there is evidence they are selling stolen accounts then such evidence would need to be addressed by the person selling such accounts.
