The Japanese should reply, like any other country should that has hostages taken by isis, if you harm any of our ppl, we will send dozens of fighter jets and thousand of troops into your area and fight against you. That should be done.

Yep, that would be the ideal case, unfortunately I haven't seen any country sending thousands of troops after ISIS killed their citizens.

thats because western countries dont have any ballz anymore

if they were killing russian hostages and were "negeotiating" with vladimir putin i
think he would make an example out of them .....might not save the hostages but
im sure the ISIS guys wouldnt get to do it twice Cheesy

Japan' prime minister have to be careful in their political stand,
before shinzo abe as prime minister, they have changed many prime ministers in several years,
and their economies have been stucked in the past 20 years.
Hence, they will be blamed for any rash actions.

do you honestly think if they killed ISIS terrorists anyone would care ?
japan and the rest of the world should make it rain fire on that place as soon as the other hostage is either
released or confirmed to have been killed

It's just crazy that none of the governments seem to really care all that much.

bombing is actually  very effective ,you could blow them back to the stone age with a couple of missiles

the only issue is bombs are indescriminate  so the women and children will die as well  ,i think thats why theyre holding off on  a major bombing campaign

send in the special forces on the ground  might be better, joint operation from usa ,uk and japan and nato allies

Give them the money in cash , free the hostages, and then ten minutes later hit them with a cruise missile which will also destroy the cash

Simple is the best solution sometimes....

You won't know whom you hit. There are too many of them.
If they think they can get cash, it might embolden them to try such kidnappings again.

Send in a fully armed apache chopper with the cash, exchange it for the hostages and fly out
5 min later airstrike the fuckers from 60,000 feet with laser guided missile

They won't have actually gotten the cash (or gotten to spend it anyway Smiley  and you will have killed the right people and given them not much incentive to try that again....

Of course they will try other methods but for every problem theres a solution...

To be technical they are constitution locked as well to disarmament as an agreement of WWII
Of course in modern times the Allied powers are telling them to break it, that said it does seem like something that would qualify as an SDF operation

--
Mr. Abe’s government on Monday convened a session of parliament in which it plans to introduce legislation that will allow Japan to engage in “collective self-defense,” including aiding allies such as the U.S. in regional conflicts threatening Japan’s security, and to come to the rescue of Japanese citizens abroad.

$200 million was too much. But I heard that the Spanish paid $5 million a few months ago to get some of their citizens released.

The second hostage seems to have been executed as well.

Jordan should execute their Isis prisoners.... And nato should storm that place already and just kill them all, estimated 18,000- 30,000 members is nothing compared to the allied forces and superior weaponry and unlimited funds

Its not like they haven't  killed millions of people in the past  for a lot less - the west is being too civilised to this scum and they are taking advantage of the lack of retaliation

Agree with that. If ransom was made, it would encourage terrorists to take more hostages.
