All I am saying is that I understand you will use medUSA designs for campaign,  not both.  Because my design is worth for me more than 0.11 if used in campaign.  I didn't wanted to abuse you.  No offense.  Please understand what my meaning was.

I honestly do not think they were copied. (the 2nd guy used glow for all designs? even member and full member ones?)

The former one is a proper submission by a member who has good experience in this and the latter is most likely a first time submission who has no idea of the restrictions in signature.
