Because otherwise, even though you offer some payouts for a few days,  it could all end up as a scam, if people have to trust you to make their bets.

You can't lose an arb bet. You bet on both sides of the game, but with given odds, you make a profit no matter what. You can always use an arb bet calculator to calculate how much needed to bet on both sides.
As i have already mentioned before, escrow will be pointless as with more funds in stake, more profit we make. Plus, we are not making bets with btc here, i have to change them to other e-currencies/fiat to fund my sportbooks.

For an arbitrage bet that can be argued , the reason he is crowndfunding the bets is to get a bigger bankroll to have a biigger profit, as its only 3%.
Since its a gtd profit(apart from the risk of him running with the money) , there is no reason for him to escrow the amount, as he could instead just bet it himself.

There's no fixed required modal. With more, we can make more. We have to also pay our tipsters who provide us the tips daily. As for our customers, just choose the plan you need, 1 day - 8 days plan and at the end of the period, you can request your withdrawal + profits and we will process payments (usually within 6 hours upon withdrawal request)
