Got ripped off 15.95BTC from user Wnd.

Ordered some batteries and chargers from ebay through his thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=87171.
Never got items shipped.
I've got false PayPal invoices for my electronics, with made up sellers emails which proved to be false too.
He's not replying to my email, and wasn't around forum with his Wnd nick from July 1st.

My Tx's:

Can you please state the complete information here? (e.g. The emails involved, the false PayPal invoice).
That'll speed the scammer tag investigations up.

Here it is, I've edited recipient address as I've made two adapter orders for a friend, and a dell battery for myself:

Can you send me link to ebay item, I will do that if I can checkout without Paypal account and pay with debit card.
Just send me link and I will get back to you weather I can do it or not.

Yes, I believe that will work. If any problem will later occur I can refund your coins.

Can you please check shipping rates for your country?
USA shipping is free but from your username I assume that you don't live in USA.
Just click "Shipping and payments" in item page, select country and click "get rates".

If everything is cool then give me these details: Name, surname, country, street address, city, state(?), ZIP code, telephone number. Ebay requires all those.
Add everything up and send 1 BTC per 5.9 USD to this bitcoin address:
1HSjeZQz9DvVUMZcDmWbJb4TzvHEF5gnsp

Get back to me when you send it, thanks.

Hey also I don't wanna to risk thing so if your country's mail is unreliable then please cancel this deal.

No worries for Croatian mail. I've received many ebay articles over the years, but I find it easier to pay with my bitcoins nowaday.

As for this taking me a bit longer that you've expected, I hope I didn't stall you or something, but I've been busy moving the funds on GLBSE, felt tired after that and left this for the evening shift.

I've already calculated the price and shiping for the articles I've sent you the link, and you can check them on checkout:
Charger Makita DC 18RA 41.99$ + Shipping to Croatia 19.00$ USPS priority mail
240 to 110V Voltage Converter Adapter 2.65$ + economy int'l shipping 2.99$

41.99+19+2.65+2.99=66.63 USD / 5.9 = 11.29 BTC

I've sent your BTCs on your address, check here:

Here's the address and info needed for shipment:

<snip address>

Please, do send me a PDF receipt/invoice, as I will need it for customs, as a proof of purchase.
If there's a tracking info on the charger with USPS do send it as well.
Let me know if you need any more info.

Thanks for your patience, and best of luck.

I'm not sure if you received my PM about that laptop battery or not. Let me know.

Sure I did, but managing lots of things, one thing a time.
Sent 4.45BTC for 27$ battery payment.

Please send the Dell battery to the following address:

<snip address>

Thank you for your service. Drop me a receipt as you did with previous ones. Will post again to the honest traders, and your thread.

Okay man, it's 2am and im on phone. Will do it tomorrow morning and send receipt.

And my last email to Wnd:

Quote from: Danijel Habek
Be a man and tell me if you scammed me, as you did with other guys on bitcointalk, so I can create another order not to screw on my customers/friends.

I've tried contacting email adressses that you've sent me, both battery and charger adresses seem non-existant.

Danijel

Here's why I would never have dealt with him in the first place.

Then I would have read his posts, starting with this one.

I'd appreciate it if you could let me out of here.

I got Steam account that I'm willing to sell in Marketplace, too bad Paypal disputes are totally BS.
I'm gonna go first so my legitimacy is not question here.

Thanks.

Thanks Mr. Gage,

Point taken and another lesson learned.
Too bad it was BTC16 and not $100ish, but them numbers were against me. Again.

I hope I've just made a guy rich, that he doesn't need to pull another scams on no one else, and that he will try one day to spend it to do a good thing to someone else in his future, when he gets hold of himself.

Until he proves otherwise believe he will lie to you.
