It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

You should probably post that in your original thread:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=92561.0

I'm glad you got your coins.  There's nothing worse than wondering if you got scammed.  (except getting scammed of course)

I will say Mt. Gox is some healthy competition but the actual ease of his site makes its tempting as my main source

USPS is barely competent. When they deliver packages to me, they stick them underneath my stairs on top of my neighbors grill (neighbor stores his grill underneath my stairs). The first time they did this, I thought the package hadn't been delivered and the merchant sent a new one. I literally found the original package two months later. Now I have to remember to check under my stairs daily when I'm expecting a package. I still forget sometimes. A few months ago a 5970 sat on top of the grill for at least 24 hours before I realized it was there.
