The Bitcoin Foundation doesn't represent Bitcoin.
Thank you, captain obvious! Roll Eyes

Like I said before there can never, never be something official. No "official bitcoin foundation" or anything, its as ridiculous as claiming to be "the official bitcoin exchange" or "the official bank of bitcoin". Its so dumb. The only thing that could make sense to call official is the Bitcoin QT wallet if you want to.
Now that is nonsense.
The Bitcoin QT wallet is just as official or non-official as anything else in the Bitcoin world.

Bitcoin is whatever you make of it.
You're free to use Bitcoin just as you like.
You may do for or against Bitcoin whatever you feel like doing or not doing.
You will not be forced by anyone anywhere to use or not use Bitcoin anytime anyplace.

So calm down, relax and enjoy your freedom! Smiley

Yeah, well, I'm gonna go build my own blockchain. With blackjack and hookers! In fact forget the blockchain.
