It is the glass, but it does not affect the touch screen.
I was thinking of getting around 350€ for it.
I doubt you can sold it at 350€, with that front screen glass is the broken. |

I doubt you can sold it at 350€, with that front screen glass is the broken. 300€ is a good price for it, you have to bear in mind that the broken glass does not affect the touch screen visibility. |

If you get one from eBay and assemble yourself (tricky but not impossible) it would go down to 30$, if you want someone to do it. I think that 99$ would be the maximum. |

Yes, if not I would be selling above 1 BTC. With normal use I have not noticed any other damage, phone works well. |
