Why is this payment still unconfirmed with such a high fee after so many blocks?

Last time I did a transaction with 2 outputs (one of them was 0) it got confirmed in a matter of hours though I only paid 0.0001 fee.

Most miners will not confirm any transactions that contain any inputs or outputs that are under .00005800 BTC. You have three of which outputs in your transaction.

It is also not possible to have an output of 0

This transaction is currently being flagged as a "Double Spend".

It will never confirm, it was double spent with this transaction;-

https://blockchain.info/tx/f6af3c3859f1c07e59f95a5e618d4891d4c34bdc80a00385c8f51b64209267a3

There are 30+ confirms on the new transaction so the original one has no way of being confirmed now.

Possible, but why do you ask?
.00005800 is less than $0.02 - what are the deals for $0.02?

Even my answer to your message costs me more than $0.02

ATM, .00005800BTC is less than $0.02,
But if the price of bitcoin is more than $10000, then .00005800BTC  is about $0.58,

Wanna bet that I can make a transaction that has an output of 0 and pays 0 fee and can even make it confirm? I am ready to bet up to 0.2?

Double spending & contain too small outputs
It's better to rebroadcast transaction after it deleted from blockchain.info

But, i remember some times ago there are some transaction with 1 satoshi output

the problem here,
is the double spending warning.
i think dust transaction it is ok with 0.01fee...

You cannot cancel an unconfirmed transaction. When a transaction has been transmitted to the chain
so wait until it is cancel for timeout.
redo transaction without the double spending problem..

OP here decided that confirmation is taking too long, even with 0.01 fee, so he sent another tx using same input (double spend) instead of waiting for confirmation.

No, there is no 'new transaction with same problem'. OP did not repeat the same tx.
He used same input and sent it to himself, in hope that new tx will confirm before. It did.

i think the first couldn't be included in a block or get confirmed because of the transaction's size

It will never confirm, it was double spent with this transaction;-

https://blockchain.info/tx/f6af3c3859f1c07e59f95a5e618d4891d4c34bdc80a00385c8f51b64209267a3

There are 30+ confirms on the new transaction so the original one has no way of being confirmed now.
wait did he send those coins to himself? at least thats what i see in your link

let's see if the transaction will be confirmed!!!
Did you looked up in the blockchain? If you did you must have missed the fact that the double-spending tx was confirmed 1 minute later after it got relayed.

Yep, it seems even before he sent you that transaction he had already sent all of the outputs to himself.

It is like he wrote a check withdrawing his money, cashed it and then wrote you another check to you that bounced.

Sorry, but it seems that he ripped you off.

(warning: I am using blockchain.info to get this info as I dont have a blockchain right in front of me to check, but yeah...)

There are "dust" outputs in it
1PayC5RCF2aXZ6Rjg2DpVM73gaQbndiZVX  0.00000261 BTC
115TJLNHbc4opemg4k22Liu4qjFjS1UpiY  0.00000783 BTC
1K35XVxqTCwHSCVxddX2MPsbTNTmV7dwbo  0.00000522 BTC
Nobody wants to mine this transaction.

You can have 0 fee transactions but we aware that it will take maybe days to get fully confirmed.

Zero value outputs are valid (although they are non-standard unless output type is OP_RETURN).

Hmm this is very interesting. I have never seen anything like this before.

What would the point be of including a zero value output? I brief google search got me this result, which appears to have something to do with donating an entire input to the miner that confirms the Tx

For non OP_RETURN outputs there are probably no good uses but the original client supported it so to remove it now would require a hard fork.   Short of that the network makes it difficult to use as most nodes will neither relay them or include them in a block but they are still valid.

you are late. there was a transaction which could not be confirmed, then it was double spent. and the second one was confirmed.
the first one must have been removed
