how much is the minimum cashout on this faucet ?

There's no minimum cashout, you get it in your Xapo wallet immediately (it worked that way originally at least), there are no commissions, as far as I know, I never got any. There are referral links, and you'll only be able to get 5 payouts unless you get people referred.

But supposedly, recently, people aren't even getting paid. I wouldn't know, I'm waiting on 8 referrals to be able to try to collect again.

Edit: I was able to collect once this morning so far, and it paid out.

I believe the referral restriction is gone. That's good news.
The bad news is:
They have lowered the payout and raised the time lock from 15 min. to an hour. But they are still the best paying faucet.

Thank you for posting. I had given up on them the moment they tried to force me into referrals. I am ok with a lower payout, but forcing people to generate referrals was not acceptable to me all along. 

I just signed in and confirmed that they have indeed removed the restrictions. This is great news!

Can you try changing the referral system? I referred 3 people so far but I have to keep referring to get more. I suggest you get rid of this.

You are not the only one... I also get the message "payment not made", probably insufficient funds for two days now
