We then congratulate the winner, ask them for a photo and their country of origin. It's not meant to expose anyone. It's only meant to show that winners come from all over. We are not based in Eastern Europe or Russia, but many of our users are. It just so happens that yes, our winners have been from the eastern hemisphere so far. Each and every one of them has been glad to provide a photo, name and location in order to receive their winnings.
