Hello, I am looking to buy 1 btc for 246$. I spent 250$ but 4$ activation fee. I have a picture of card with receipt for confirmation. If you are trusted, then I will send first, otherwise we will have to use escrow (unless you send first:]). Pm with any questions or concerns. I will be on for the next couple of hours looking for a seller. I can do paypal cash as well, but I understand it is reversible so I got the card, but I can just add it to my account anyways, if not.
