if the thinking was that maybe it'd spark it higher, that was lost by mtgox going down for 7 hrs and people either getting ready to or already placing sell orders in the range that the guy bought into. i'd ask for an 8.8 * number of bitcoin refund
or maybe it's just someone that just *really* wanted some goddamn bitcoins (see
