Hello!

So, blockchain.info have API request limitations, which is not enough for me. Is there any other service, which provides UNLIMITED API requests per minute? Even paid service can do.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

What do you think about https://www.blocktrail.com/api/docs#network ?

developer accounts are limited to 432,000 API requests per 24 hours, at a rate of 300 request per minute.

When you reach the rate limit you will get an error response with the 429 status code.
We will send you a notification when you're getting close to the rate limit, so you can upgrade in time or contact us to request an extension.

Much higher limit than blockchain

Well it depends on you, and if it is free why not. And lastly it also depends on what type of service you need for that high number of API calls.
