They are like fishers - putting their nets in many places, to see what is the return and if it works out. They saw the response, understood there is a too little chance they can profit from this 'project', and decided to suspend it. Except that, something could have changed inside their 'team', and some changes obviously happened in the whole crypto environment, which led them to believe this they will not benefit from particular scam at this time.
For they re-focused on other, more promising scams

noob questions but i've never used or cared for eth;

1) setting up the online wallet as suggested after I ad RBC tokens then anytime i go a relog in the RBC ticker is gone and I have to re add RBC tokens, is this normal? eg will the RBC token ticker only stay if I have RBC tokens?

2) Does one actually have to own some ETH to get RBC tokens and send etc?

RBC tokens are NOT a good investment.
 1) not sure, unwilling to invest in RBC 'managment team' after the ripped off the Amber owners (whom still cannot convert to RBC and at a ratio or 100Amber to 1 RBC why bother?!?!)

Which distribution? Do you have any info on whom they are distributing those tokens?
Is there any AmberCoin investor, who actually got those RBC tokens? Or maybe they are distributing the tokens to themselves and to their friends?
