In our first phase, we really want to keep it as simple as possible. It depends on the way you are looking it. Personally I believe it is impossible to use Bitcoin by villagers in current scenario until and unless we have more convenient nexus points for them to convert Bitcoin to easily spendable cash. By introducing sms we dont want to complicate things. Also we dont think at this moment there exist a user base in villages who can actually use our product.
We have a very simple aim to achieve : It has to be dead simple for users to store and spend change amount of Bitcoin. Whether we will be able to achieve that or not, that remains to be seen
