I'd say the best site is forebet.com. They rely on computer analyses and they are quite good. But still, don't rely only on others predictions, try to add your own thoughts in these tips, concentrate on 2-3 leagues and follow results throughout the season.

I have been betting for 10 years now and also write forecasts for a betting website (but that one is in my mother language so not suitable for you).
I mostly do my own research and I would advice you to do the same, but some tips I can give are:

1. For your own research you can use soccerway.com, flashscore.com, simplesoccerstats.com, windrawwin.com
2. On Blogabet a lot of people place their bets and you can see how good they are doing. Try to find some good betters with over 100 bets and a yield of 15% or higher that you can follow for free
3. Some good Twitterstippers I know of are: @inplayman, @wizard_cfc and @sunnymoneytips

I see someone mentioned freesuperpicks i tried that before and found it not so reliable. I even tried bovada sports but once again it ended being nothing but worthless predictions in my opinion.  Now i had found this one site i can't recall the name of it but i stopped accessing the site once they stopped allowing players from the United States.
