Hi everybody!  I finally decided to try BitInstant last night after hearing many good things about them.

I went to CVS and did the zipzap/moneygram to BTC address, everything went fine.

Go home, check my email.  ZipZap sent me an email saying the transaction was successful.

However when I check my status on BitInstant it tells me "Order Execution failed!"  and of course no bitcoins in my wallet.

What do I do now?  I sent support an email, no reply yet.  Call their phone number/google voice account.  Nobody there.  Checked their livechat "help".  No help to be found, just a bunch of other people with the same problem waiting all day for someone from BitInstant to log on.

Did I just throw $330 down the toilet?  Do I have any recourse?  Does anybody know how to get support from BitInstant?
