Gangsta is my #2  but I like GATE more than Overlord right now (though it picked up after a couple eps.)

I started over 2 decades ago with reading my first manga which was dragonball!

I read probaly hundreds of different mangas over that duration and for sure one of the best or the best - which is also the only one i still read - is:

Berserk

It is still incomplete and a must read for every mature manga/anime fan.
