Bitcoin is money, and money is just a tool. Money by itself has no morality and no sides.
If ISIS succeeds in whatever ISIS is doing it will not be because of the currency of their choice.

Don't say the 'eye cist' or 'ell quado' words online unless you want to be on the "watch" list. If you hear a knock on the door soon its probably some dudes in suits driving big black suvs.
Ok. So I watch too much tv.
Seriously though, key words will bring them to look at this page.

... but will it help ISIS destroy US? ...
really? did fox news tell you that? do you know what it would take to 'destroy the US'? even if every army in the whole world joined forces to attack the US, the US is still the superior power and is likely to win. Not clear a cut unscathed win obviously, but is almost certainly the favorite to have the last person standing. ISIS, probably dont even have the capacity to take down some of the police forces in the US, nevermind 'destroy the US'. True, they could carry out a 911 style attack, but if they did i think the US response would render them inoperable. whats taking so long now is the lack of political will to go at them 'hard', the concern for innocent victims and the lack of a simple identifiable target. what any of this has to do with bitcion (even if ISIS or any criminal/terrorist uses it) is 0, just sensationalist nonsense. ISIS use toyota jeeps too, should we do something with toyota about that?

Being anti-government or anti-banking rhetoric is interesting, but only if you are a libertarian or anarchist. And not everyone is so.
I believe that this great revolution meneriakannya much a reform for the sake of money. But talk alone will not be enough to make it happen.
However, the technology is adequate.
If Steve Jobs said that he would destroy the world of music, you want to run out and buy an iPod?
If Steve Jobs and Jeff Bezos has been promoting their business came from all the hoopla that they themselves make music and publishing, many people may not feel so sure of this. Bitcoin need to do the same.
In 80,000 words written online by Satoshi Nakamoto, makes about three statements politically vague. The goal is to get the technology to work, and make it a reason that Bitcoin has been so successful, in fact, caused by the technology that supports it. Now users bitcoin need to remember this parable.

Bitcoin is used by terrorists to fund their murder and kidnappings, child molesters their child pornography, drug heads their poison. The only practical use for bitcoin is highly illegal and immoral activity that no mainstream bank would want anything to do with for legal liabilities. But bitcoiners don't understand cost benefit analysis which is why many of them end up in jail or broke with a condo full of fried GPU's. Anything practical or productive done with bitcoin can be done with currencies (actual money) at 1/1000th of the transaction cost (or zero) and 1000X the security and fraud protection. Bitcoin, the currency for suckers and criminals, which one are you? Cheers!

Yayyyyyyyyy for DARK WEB!!!
You guys are really providing a service to humanity, creating a system that frees good, honest, hard working people from the oppressive govt regimes!
Oh, and helps mass murderers at the same time. But heyyyyy "Free Market mannnnn" .....
Oh thats right - its okay because the govt does naughty things too, so its okay for you to pretend helping these people isn't "as bad" right?
Tell me again how Anarchy is the answer...
It was funny listening to someone ask Amir Taaki if he has a conscience about terrorists and murderers using his system, and with the typical crazy tone of voice he usually uses, he replied that there is no such thing as morality or right and wrong. Fascinating view of reality.

Let them believe Bitcoin/Crypto currency is fully anonymous. Most people spread the nonsense that Bitcoin cannot be traced and it just makes it easier for security experts to follow the bread crumbs to it's source. Sometimes, you just need to give people enough rope to hang themselves.

Cheers! hahahaha ... yeah .. like this quote ... sums it up very well ... the basic purpose for an anonymous currency (or even a semi-anonymous identity obfuscating currency) is to conduct illegal activity ... period ... you know it i know it everyone knows it , its inherently obvious to anyone who's not fucking stupid ... having known about bitcoin for the last 2 years and been involved in speculative trading over that time frame and having made money doing so , i personally have never bought a single item using bitcoin ... it's wayyyy harder to actually conduct normal purchase business with bitcoin than simply using dollars via plastic numbers or even bank transfers ... the value sub 100 was driven almost exclusively by the silk road (drugs, assassins, pedophilia, supporting of terrorism, whatever other depraved horrific shit one could want) and the runup from 100 to 1200 was accomplished by mtgox using a *billion* fake non-existent dollars injected into their fraudulent exchange to steal something to the tune of 650,000 btc over the course of two months ... nevermind the literally hundreds perhaps thousands of scams thefts and "hacks" aka inside theft jobs of services and exchanges that have involved bitcoin ... it doesn't have a black eye ... it's a stroked out blind deaf dumb paraplegic with full blown aids ...

Bitcoin is money, and money is just a tool. Money by itself has no morality and no sides.
If ISIS succeeds in whatever ISIS is doing it will not be because of the currency of their choice.
But to raise funds, they use Bitcoin. Bitcoin will be in the limelight negatively... again. Most of the fund raising are in USD.

If Bitcoin were actually used to fund all the worlds wars and violence and drug deals the value of 1 btc would be astronomical
This one got a point. So you think ISIS are not using Bitcoin to fund their activities?

IS is just another government, like the one in Saudi and the one called USG. As soon as they get control, they will convert from beheadings to love bombs. Hmm something wrong, that didn't happen in Saudi yet.

After the beheading of American Journalist, European Journalist, now Japanese national ISIS is currently raising funds through Bitcoin http://bit.ly/1x0qDBUWell, I know for a fact what bitcoin can do for us, but will it help ISIS destroy US? Should Bitcoin regulated for this? I dont believe that the group is funding their campaign with bitcoin. It has been said that they were going to launch their own.
