Same happened to me. Tried to withdraw got an error and there is nothing in the transaction list, and I did not receive my payment, but now the balance is zero.

After I press withdrawal I got message saying that withdrawal got error and after I tried to withdraw second time it says no funds available. Account become zero balance.

I don't think rate is insane. For example Fortunejack has same rates and same rules. They pay 0.04 BTC for 25 messages + 0.04 BTC more in 4th period.
It's my first payment here but I'm sure problems will be solved.
