4:21pm - Sent payment for VBA.
4:36pm - Received all infos and a manual on how to use it. Success.
5:02pm - Also sent payment for a VCC for PayPal, waiting for delivery
5:16pm - Communication is definitely not great, but it gets the job down (and cheap at that).
5:20pm - Received the VCC, activated it in PayPal - looks good.

I tried talking to the OP concerning this. He told me to message him on Skype. Once I asked him for more information and told him that I would not use Skype for us to talk on Bitcointalk, he quit responding. I'm not actually sure what's going on here, but the lack of response makes me wonder about him. I'm fairly sure he knew I was a highly potential customer and he could not provide services. Now all of this is just a assumption. I have no facts to back up my conclusion. This is just how dealing with the OP made me think. Nothing more. Take it however you want. But always use caution with every trade, friend or not.
