I see that there is a new page http://btc-flow.com/page/transactions , Nice  Website sometimes goes down for reasons as I can see and we can run it under CloudFlare Live version thing . |

What you have paid on a level should count against the higher one when you upgrade. Otherwise there is no incentive to upgrade. You can just as well start a new account and go straight to that higher level.
It makes no sense for example to first pay .10 for level 3 and then .25 for level 4 when you can go straight to level 4 for .25.

True! admin u r reading or no Yeah, they´re reading. Now you only can upgrade to the next level. If you´re at the free faucet, only option is L2 if you started at level 3 like I did, it´s L4 etc. |

Now that they´re rooting out multiple account scamsters I feel much more confident about this thing.
I think it shows some seriousness. Maybe they have some long term plans after all.
