There is clearly a loophole in the system. Once you hit the required number of signatures, the FBI will appear at BitcoinEXpress's door immediately.

What people don't know is that you can change the number of required signatures to 1, and it'll do the job.

Well lets start with the easy part, Coblee the creator of LTC knows exactly who I am as we only live a few miles apart.  I've been to a few of the Sf Bay Area Bitcoin Meetups. I live in Fremont, CA. Hope that helps.
