Will negotiate lower shipping rate if you are in Canada or USA and don't expect any tracking
(I can use standard canada post for this, which is inexpensive, but will take time, and has no tracking)
This is up to the bidder to choose the cheaper service if they wish
Note: The shipping rate was set where it is for a reason. IF we can't agree on a rate, the default returns to the posted flat rate!
