a lot of unnecessary toxicity here

progress is being made every day and recently there's been a major breakthrough

join the irc chat (freenode, ##idni) to find out the details, it's very technical, but tau will be more powerful than anticipated

working code is still likely before year's end, although no promises here, every effort is being made to get it out as soon as possible

Here you find both a short and long version of an interview Ohad gave to explain the concept of Tau and Agoras:

Short: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ALtXfGazvLM

Long: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFmaX-oumNw

You can also check out how Tau might look like in a couple of billions of years: https://www.ageofchains.com/gallery/#&gid=2&pid=2

Have fun!

I wonder if Cuckoo cycle POW would be suitable for Tau

invented by our friend Tromp
but pow/hashing is another thing that may be changed with time, so there is no meaning to the initial choice

Hello all,

I have been holding AGRS tokens on Bittrex for several months.  I have not been following the development of the project.  I tried catching up by reading through this thread but I am more confused than before.  Can someone please give me a brief and simple recap of what happened to the token/project?  Did the project split into 2 separate projects?

That was a very long time ago
There was a disagreement on certain technical questions

I believe Ohad is correct and he is currently hard at work to bringing code out by the end of the year
