Some people leave negative feedback for people trying to sell their account, though it doesn't happen as much nowadays. However, you have already been 'neg-bombed' for trying to sell your account whilst you allegedly have an outstanding loan.

here. This person is trying to scam the potential buyer because they would be on the hook for the loan once he buys the account or else he would have an account with negative trust because it defaulted on a loan (the probability of him repaying the lender are slim as well)
