How did you create the bitcoin address?
Creation of an address always involves creating the private key first - the public key is computed in a second step, and the address that you use to receive payments is a hash of the public key.
If you create an address using a wallet, the wallet stores the private key for you. If you throw away the wallet file, you don't have the private key anymore, so the address is not yours.

The private key is basically your password to using the address.

If you don't have that, you can't use that address.

i dont know anything about the place that you got bitcoin but wherever you created your first bitcoin address to receive your bitcoin must have given you some kind of password at least to login into your account, use that

The internet is rather big.... Which specific site you created the bitcoin address on? Or did you download a program to create that bitcoin address?

Sounds like you should have done some reading first.
Darknet, of all possible places? Roll Eyes

I don't know anything about the Agora Marketplace, but if you forget your password to an account where valuable stuff is stored, you're not doing it right. Consider your coins lost. You bought some expensive lesson with them.

Have to agree with Paul. If you don't have a password then you don't have bitcoins. You may want to consider staying away from those dark sites anyway. They are mostly for stealing your money and if you think you are not being watched, you have some reading about exit nodes to do.

Agora Marketplace holds your bitcoins. The only way to recover them is by regaining access to your account.

Good luck in that :/, and as someone mentioned here, you should read more about bitcoin first.

You will need their help.  As said a "darknet" is not really the place to store or trust.   You should have used a place that you could do a paper wallet or at least a well known walllet.

With what you mention you are at their mercy if they give you access again.

Ok, I remembered my password for Agora but there is nothing, so it´s at Silkroad, another Darknet site, but Silkroad is down. So I have no chance to get the BTC`s back..? I got no private key when creating it on Silkroad.

I will not ask why you used darknet as I don't really want to know.  But yes you have lost it.

In future use a well known wallet (I suggest you look into cold wallet or paper wallets).  I hope you didn't lose much.

If it was on Silk Road, they are pretty much gone.

Silk Road was taken down by government and the owner is going to get a life sentence most likely.
The Bitcoins on Silk Road were seized by government and they are being auctioned to public. you may get them back by taking part in the auction though Tongue

you can see your private key when you own your wallet
but in your case, looks like your wallet it's not yours, maybe it's exchange own or something
so technically you can't have private key

Rather expensive lesson but this should have taught you not to trust third party for holding on your coins. Your BTC should preferably be in your control at all times, the risk of you losing BTC due to a online exchange shutdown would be virtually zero.

There are some third parties that facilitate transactions by providing wallets without taking over the control of the wallet. Like this one at https://www.blocktrail.com

Wow so you just did admit you use illegal marketplaces/did use them. I doubt agora has any option to get out private key, correct me if i'm wrong.

The only online casino on which i won something. I made 17mBTC from 1mBTC in like 15 minutes.  This is not paid AD!
