BitSquare arbitration system is flawed. It is not trustless and relies on Supreme Court style Human Court. This is pseudo-P2P. Dont get fooled.

I think the arbitration system might have some kind of rating systems as well, but at this point nothing is set in stone, so we will see how this whole project comes along.

You gotta watch the explainer videos for Bitsquare to get the whole picture. What he is saying is that in the event of either party doing something to screw up the trade a third party called an arbitrator can come up and resolve the situation.
