yes, sure...but within next 24 hours it will back to $230  This... People are too scared and pay out at every peak. And thats why it will be hard to get new ATHs I guess. This is true, but is also largely due to a long-term downtrend. If, and when, there is a clear reversal the entire psychology of "scared" turns to "exuberant" |

One of the bot owners/scripters I know, who has been right in the recent moves, said to sleep in crypto (aka BTC) for the rest of the month. Anyone's guess is as good as mine. Could/likely means that this person's forecast sheds light on an upward trend moving up soon.. That's a guess that some should take a look at.

Hehe $10000 you say that will be nice to retire at my age, i hope you are right  Just the other week we had a little pump peaked at 300 missed shorting that which was a shame, was only a day i never looked at the charts and i have not today until i finished this message. i lie i looked $242 on btc-e is always a few dollars cheaper there for some reason. |

I really don't want to see any more of those unsustainably quick rises like the one last week. We're still in a long-term bear market and can't get out of it relying in those pumps. Doesn't work.

Or go down really fast... or stay about the same for a while. General opinion on BTC isn't great, and all these exchanges getting "hacked" isn't helping the rep.

The average has been steadily getting higher, with each downward movement ending art a higher point than the before. A run to 300 is quite possible.

The last pump was too fast, it shows that demand is there and fear of missing opportunity is pretty strong. There were obviously people accumulating at 220 maybe in anticipation of a move up, I don't think that was the one they were waiting for. We may see a retest of those levels and grind up more gradually in the next few weeks.

OP is right. Bitcoin COULD jump to $300 fast, but it most likely will go up slowly.
I think the price will dance and twerk between $220-$250 price level this month.

i stand with this, stabilizing at 250-275 for the moment is good rather than rallying fast to 300 which indicates bubble price |
