Does anyone know?

For example you cannot use Vanilla prepaid gift card for international purchases.

There is E-coin which is a Bitcoin debit card (Visa) and you can use it internationally everywhere as far as I know and also to verify multiple accounts like Paypal & others .

Unfortunately, due to regulations in the USA, India and some other countries, E-Coin cannot currently ship E-cards to addresses located in these countries.
We are aiming begin shipping cards to addresses in the U.S. and India soon and will keep you notified of developments.

Yes they are pretty known and trusted as far as I know . and for the U.S thing their website says :
"Yes. Currently we cannot ship cards to the US. However, if you received your card at a non-US address you will be able to use it while visiting the US."

So basically if you manage to send it to someone out U.S (a friend or reship service or something) then they ship it back to you and you are good to go .

I can provide Visa predaid card ( real or virtual) In fact card is real and can be using in any web site.Card no name.I can scan card for you i provide for you CVV code and pin.I can buy this card in any newsstand in Croatia.Card is filled with different money amount. From 250-1000 HRK.
