The first two stake blocks have been found.
Therefore I consider the stake pool as working correctly. Wink

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

There is a bug in balance computation.

Applies to few rare addresses, now I have found 3:

https://emercoin.mintr.org/address/EVQ5SgRktjqNr5a2qMAfTE5rNnUhfuRS8X
https://emercoin.mintr.org/address/EUgUWBzzgQQdvxD94ruyHiLDRkdK31MnEZ
https://emercoin.mintr.org/address/EKTAzV8WY5sEafTFsb6HV68LJ5TpiN7HN6

Please pay attention to the fist transaction at the bottom of page.

As you can see, balance after 1st transaction is not equal to transaction amount.
Sum of all transactions is not matched to final balance too.

Hello.

I'm using your online wallet. It's great and easy to use, but I can't find a way to back it up.
How can I export private keys for my addresses ?

Hi,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to backup the private keys. Because this wallet uses a PoS pool, all keys are shared under each other. Therefore your public address balance might differ from what you see in the wallet and the blockchain explorer.

Would it be possible to indicate somewhere what % of last blocks were mined by the new emc version 0.6.0? As I understand it needs 95% to be from the new version before Merge Mining will kick in. So it would be great if there was an indication of the progress that people can follow.

This has been implemented. I'll plan to add a progressbar (or something elese) in the future.

Hi, yes. But your wallet has to remain online to be eligible for staking.
If you have funds in the online wallet, I'll let you know as soon as the withdraws are available again.

thanks,

I know that the wallet on my machine has to stay online to be eligible for minting, but
what do you mean by "remain online" in case of the online wallet with mintr? does my browser have to stay open or just funds have to be present in the online wallet?

ps: i saw the announcement that emc wallets at mintr are under attack. I did't transfer any significant balance there before i fiugured out how the mintr's PoS works. Good luck!

Thank you. When using an online wallet you don't need to have an browser window open. It will work in the background, even when you are offline.
I have to tell you that the online wallet provided at emercoin.mintr.org will be shut down once all funds are withdrawed.
