"Hi, your account is being investigated and the bonus is the original deposit bonus which should not have been unlocked with your game play. You can withdraw the available balance but not the bonus in till the rollover has been complete! Thank you."
And this is totally not true, I have made second deposit, had 0 bonus on my account and won then just made cashout. Then after some hours You have put me new bonus and cancelled withdrawall - what is this?!
