Soon to be X is worth nothing. 0.006 balance is most likely below the minimum withdrawal or you could just remove it. Collateral should be worth ~120% of your loan request. If someone would accept this account as collateral you could get a 0.005 BTC loan. I dont think someone would accept it as collateral as the chances are very high that no one would buy such an account. An account would only be considered collateral if it can easily be resold.
