Write here all what you order at TECHNOBIT and was not delivered to you. Think about a class action. It should punish people who want to enrich the other

I ordered the 5.2 2015th

I am not sure what miners you are talking about, but as far as i know they are just a shop which orders from other companies who make a deal with them to sell miners.
Never seen them have own brand miners in shop.
I think you ordered one miner which probably was from a company which disappeared.
Their are plenty which was going to deliver in feb. but went offline or never answer if you mail them

Actually technobit take chips from other manufacturers and build their own hashing boards around those chips.

They don't resell other companies miners.

Worth mentioning that Technobit had a deal where you could trade them Black Arrow chips and get an assembled Black Arrow board with a couple fewer chips.  This was back in July and they claimed they'd be shipping in a couple weeks.  Minersource did a deal where they traded a lot of the Black Arrow orders they owed but couldn't get because Black Arrow couldn't seem to ship anything not crappy and/or explosive.  As far as I know, though, Minersource never had money from that, they simply traded chips from Black Arrow to Technobit.  As far as I know no one on that deal got any hardware ever.  Supposedly there were some bad parts put on the boards, which caused the initial delay.  Our hosting center should have had quite a few of the Technobit boards, and we even offered Technobit to do the repair for free on the boards that should have come here.  They talked with us a bit then never said anything to us after.  They had plenty of stock and have shipped the same boards to other people, but for some reason I haven't heard of one of the orders through that big Minersource trade going through.  I wouldn't deal with them after seeing this.

Everything above is as far as I know- and I didn't order anything from them so that might not be too far, but we were discussing helping them fill that minersource order, possibly doing more than just the assembly on boards to be hosted here- and they suddenly went dark on us, all while their website claimed they had the exact same boards in stock and shipping.

There are other threads related to them and their long suffering customer base.  They used to to ship quite a bit of their own miners but always seemed to have some really unhappy customers.  Like most small outfits, have not heard or seen anything on them recently.

There was a post a few days ago about them having moved premises and to e-mail them (again) if you've got any refund or "where's my stuff!?" concerns.

I especially enjoyed how many new products they developed and started shipping while leaving all the minion customers high and dry since the first part of August. If those boards don't exist, they probably have cases of possibly thousands of Minion chips stashed in a back room somewhere. I'm with novak on this one, they didn't seem to even try to solve the problem.

Meanwhile I have two hundred CPU coolers standing by for boards my hosting customers were expecting delivery on six months ago, paid up front. The only business I've done directly with Technobit was selling them a case of cables last summer, but they've certainly screwed over a lot of people I'm acquainted with. It'll be interesting to see a comprehensive list of hosings and see how they measure up to some other manufacturers.

I never had any bad experience with them. I converted my Blackarrow chips to 4hexm miners and they have performed well.

Hello to all people who has been deceived by technobit.eu

After consultation with my lawyer he suggests the following procedure:
( Applies only to people in the EU, all others... sorry )

First:
Write to technobit.eu a letter with the demand for your goods or at your money within 14 days after receipt of the letter.
This letter you send via registered mail with Advice of delivery to technobit.eu.
Registered mail with Advice of delivery  is important! This is the only way you can later prove that you have put your demands against technobit.eu.
(E-Mail with reading confirmation would also be possible , but we know... e -mails will not be read from technobit.eu)

Second:
Wait for the Advice of delivery. Should not take longer than 1 week.
If the letter is not deliverable , which can be assumed , go immediately with your Advice of delivery and your Invoice to a competent authority (police, courts) and make a complaint about Internet fraud against technobit.eu.

If the letter deliverable, wait 14 days.
If you have not received anything until the expiry of the time limit, then ... see above.
A possible message or E-Mail stating "we will send later" you can safely ignore.

So much only once by this time, everything else at a later time.

For eventually grammatical errors, I do not take any responsibility, english is not my native language.

Whoops cut paste was off a bit there and the slow laggy internet caused me to post by accident.

Deleted it.

Here is some more ways to get Technobit to take notice of your complaint.

Marto/Technobit isn't responding to pm, has not logged in here in 3 days, looks like we are fucked. Time to file a claim with the EU customer protection unit, Bulgarian section, www.ecc.bg/submit-a-complaint.htm
