I have a question. I understand that these keys are default english versions of Microsoft's products. But can I change their language to something else? Or the english version is definitive?

I honestly don't know the answer to that. I do know that you can change the language in the settings though. |

But how could you sell keys at $1.5/key??
Perhaps these might be stolen or hacked or sold to multiple people.

I used to use 8 (got the offical release before it was even released) I did not like it and switched back, but I'm a c# developer and I want to learn how to make windows apps before 10 releases. |
