Check the second post. You need to make one post every two week period to collect the 14 activity points. Next update is on the 3rd and you can get another 14 then.

Yes, if you post more than once a day on an average.

No. Your post count is the max that your activity can be. Your activity is the lower of your post count or 14 * # of activity periods you have posted in
