I think many would opt for coinbase. Personally, I don't trust cryptsy. Their trade engine is broken, they know it and still do nothing to fix it. If they don't care, why should I?

Basically I'd say not to trust any 3rd party.... See the examples of Mt.Gox, BTER.com, and etc I don't know....
