Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

If he accepts escrow it shouldn't be a problem. That, and film yourself opening the package to make sure it isn't filled with rocks, and that the laptop works.

This isn't legit. The same photo appears on ebay for $900 ending in 6 hours and it has a couple bids so it's already sold, and on ebay it says it comes with a 750GB SSD and 1TB drive.

Ebay features more photos and says shipping from Florida.
