there will be cheap hashes to buy after they restart the site. There is only one risk in using havelock - do not keep BTC there. If you purchase hashes from am they are safe only damages may come from lost of BTC which are in control of Havelock. OFC having 0.001 withdrawal fee stops easy flow, but there is always a way....
