I appreciate your reply greatly you managed to answer my questions but left me with more.
Based on what you wrote though you are saying Micon is done, no longer owns it, why paint a target on another guys head and risk a new guys family?
Why didn't he just tell us all he was done?
Maybe the icon will rise again one day.

SwC stands by its record of timely processing of payments and its ethical delivery of its product and service.
The issue here is that if the company is under new ownership/management (and it is), the "record" doesn't carry over. Because it's new people. I currently don't have any reason to believe that SWC isn't solvent or isn't planning on running the site ethically and well, but if you are trying to bank goodwill on past owner's/managers track records, that's pretty shady.

There will always be a question when it's under a new management, because you don't know who's behind it,and you need to learn who they are and trust them

We aren't under new management. We are under the same exact management as we were previously. Micon was never in control of deposits and technology, he was a site pro.

Seals is the reason I found btc over 2 years ago and for that I will always be grateful. I used to keep ALL my btc at Seals till I figured it all out and never had any qualms in doing so. From following things I thought there was a change in management that went along with the rebranding from SealsWithClubs (the best name ever!) to SwC as well as ST6>ST7. Maybe it was a change in ownership? It was always stated that Micon did not have anything to do with the site's btc although some player(s) said he did. I love your tirade about Sheldon Adelson Thank you for being here. To me you will always be SealsWithClubs and not just another TLA

We aren't under new management. We are under the same exact management as we were previously. Micon was never in control of deposits and technology, he was a site pro. Ok I am very confused now. When you say he is a site pro are you saying not a actual owner? I thought he flew to Antigua and started swcpoker from scratch with a new team. Now it sounds like he is just a site pro and is not the owner of anything. That is a strange statement because he held himself out as starting and owning swcpoker.eu from the time right after the raid. Can you clarify, does he own swcpoker, yes or no. If yes he does have access, if no he does not and what you say makes sense. It also implies that whoever took care of us at sealswithclubs also runs swcpoker, correct so nothing to worry about. There is no way they will state Micon created the new SwC site now or anytime. The vague statements are more like what his attorney is telling them to say. Remember they only have a potential agreement at this time, and the judge makes the final determination. If they come out and say Micon is still running the site then most likely their agreement would become void. We are all aware that Micon went to Antigua to start SwC as he stated in the past. Personally I dislike this person, but nonetheless he must follow the advice of his counsel.

Why can't you respect the fact that the owners of this site wish to remain private?
Don't play there if you don't like it.

Hey I was just snooping around a little bit lol and noticed that your php installation is not uptodate, also seems you run debian wheezy so you need to run apt-get update && apt-get upgrade You can also set php to not display its version info with this config option:

The Saturday 500 is coming up in less than 20 minutes, with late reg until :20 after.Still enough time to poker before fireworks. And then tomorrow is the really big day... Still TRIPLE Krill goin on through the 7th.If you want to get up to the next Krillroll level now is the time to do it. I've made 1200+ in just a couple nights of some low stakes 10nl thru 100nl play. Others have made a lot more.

Can you pleae explain why you can't offer 50k krillrolls and can offer 75k krillones?
If everyone who ground to 50k on old Seals and stopped (lots of people) just want to be on the new site for freerolls, then I will have to eat a diet consisting entirely of ramen forever. Have you ever been in that position where you wanted to eat a meal that wasn't noodles? Where the thought of another meal of ramen makes you retch but you force it down anyways? Don't condemn me to that bro. It shouldn't take you half a year to reach 75k. I see people playing 2-3 tables stacking a thousand krill on the site in a few hours, easy, while this 3x bonus is on. You can too. Alternatively, try to put in a good word for us. You obviously enjoy the site and play the hell out of it. Tons of people didn't come back from old Seals. A huge number of others seem to have gone now that Micon submitted to charges. I see this reflected in the numbers. Maybe some people think that we're going to shut our doors because Micon got a bracelet. Well, you can let them know that isn't going to happen. SwC is going to keep running no matter what. I will eat ramen noodles for a goddamned decade if need be to keep its doors open. You know why? Because a bunch of fucking thugs at the command of Sheldon Adelson in Vegas think that they can take away the dream of some good men by pointing guns in their faces. I don't think that's right, and that's why I pour countless hours into this site. Every day we keep the doors open is like pissing in the eye of that asshole Adelson and his private fucking force of thugs he calls the gaming review board. I will fucking see the day when all these piece of shit traitors to the Constitution with badges and billions are hung from lampposts where they fucking belong. So please, perhaps tell all your friends from Old Seals that we are not going away and we are going to keep this motherfucker running until that glorious day comes, when perhaps SwC's ST7 will commandeer the Sands at gunpoint as compensation for the indignities that it has been put through by the seditious violence of Adelson's thugs. If enough people come back we can offer 50k krill rolls. Thanks and ILU <3 <3 <3 All the best to Micon Im going to start eating some ramen noodles.

It would be nice if there was an audio alert when a seat opens up while on the waiting list. I often miss the dialog box and therefore miss the seat if somebody else is on the list after me. Then the fun begins. I rejoin the list and get called in about a minute for an open seat even though there isn't one. I rejoin the list and it happens again, an endless loop. The several times this has happened I was the only one on the waiting list so I have no idea what would happen if somebody else was on the waiting list. Windows 8.1

Yes, this. I asked for it over a month ago and was ignored. It's gotta be one line of code to implement.

This is another one of the ramifications of using closed-source software---regular user's can't simply improve their experiences for themselves. If we had an open API for poker then all of us without windows would have jumped in months ago, and you could easily implement that one liner to ring the bell when the seat opens up.

Probably because the old software isn't too open in terms of software code changes to such things . Still waiting for a browser client to play the krillrolls and more poker. Any updates on them yet ?
