Hi, I just want to say that I'm coming back from the old sealswitclubs and I'm impressed about the new software. I also think that keeping the money safe and the krill from my old account  is a great thing that, knowing what happened, it's not an easy thing to do. In Spanish we say that "what does not kill you, makes you stronger" and that's what will happen to Seals. I hope now you'll have some stability to develop the best poker room ever. The software is good enough as it is, I played some hands yesterday and I just miss a check-fold button for playing rubbish at the big blind making easier multitabling , but the priority now is to increase the number of players.
For that, I aggree with the ones that are demanding bonuses for the players who make X rake/week-month, specially at low stakes, and the games or the way of distributing the bonuses doesn't have to be related with poker skills of the players. This is the best way to keep bad players playing so good players could play with them, increasing the number of hands played by all of them. Weekly turbo tournaments and, why not, a completely random lottery game would be good to call the attention of new players.

No problems logging in. Windows Server 2012

your home computer runs Windows Server 2012?

That's about as hard-core Windoze as it gets Smiley

On a sour note, our login issues continue.  It's a software issue and we are still cranking at it unfortunately.  Really odd because ~70% can get on and have had no issue since the update.  120 players on right now [I've logged off an logged back on and VPN'd around the internet checking all day, no issues from this Windoze 8 horribleness I'm on after all my shit got jacked back there.

We should have closer to 200 IMO.  We know this is a serious issue and are working on it.

I can get on but only after uninstalling and reinstalling every time there is an upgrade which is usually around 2x daily. I have windows 8 and had no problem until rescently when something different was done to pop the message inte_e_download_ failure get a message that smart windows detected a program that could cause harm to computer . I would lower security settings but this is in smart windows which I have no idea even how to access. I have to reinstall and manually give permission for the program to run.

In other news chazley is going around promoting betcoin as the biggest bitcoin site specifically on 2 plus 2 along with having the best rake. I think seals might have lost a  lot of players during the downtime between old seals and new seals. I saw the rake structure on betcoin and they only rescently stabalized it. They are such clowns that they had different tables that where same stakes but different rake amount. The have .10 .20 to  2 chip plo being raked at 5.5 pretty sure at those stakes seals charges 2 percent?

I just miss a check-fold button for playing rubbish at the big blind making easier multitabling , but the priority now is to increase the number of players.

Glitch, get this man a check-fold button in the near future.  IMO could replace "Fold to any bet" which if I recall is a 1-street check-fold?

In positive news, the latest client upgrade seemed to fix the need to force-reconnect to log in.  Please version those clients if you haven't in the last ~9 hrs and let's see the player number when we are back to full strength.

I predicted short term pain back there.  I stand by that prediction still.  We will need a few months to make the clients and fix bugs. Play if you want, I'll always make the bitcoin right during technical issues.  Support@swcpoker.eu is just a few clicks away and is running very fast I'm happy to say.

please continue to post publicly about issues with the software - it helps us track more bugs and lets the users know what to expect if they decide to play at SwC today.

Noticed this last night.  Fold to any bet should be a 1 street check-fold, but on the software it stays checked the entire hand and doesn't check your hand.  So it just folds when you face a bet unless unchecked.  Prob should be removed/changed since that's different from every other site.

"Fold to any bet" lasts the rest of the hand on PokerStars, as it should. It's placed with the "Sit out next hand / big blind" checkboxes. There should be separate [ ] Check and [ ] Check/Fold boxes for the current round.

Another problem is the Call ahead checkbox. It should move each time the call amount changes so that you don't call a bigger bet than intended. This happened to me the other day. The call was something like 0.10 chips so right as I go to check the "Call 0.10" box, the player to my right pushed all in and the number jumped way up right as my finger was pressing the mouse button. The software should have shifted the checkbox up or down enough pixels so that my click was on dead space. As it is now, that pre-Call box is too dangerous to use at all.

Yeah, support is on fire.  Everyone that I've directed to email them from the lobby or Butter's stream has said "wow, they already wrote back".
