Small bug:

Fold checkbox unchecks before it hides. So if I press that fold button twice just when the action turns to me. The next hand will have fold checked automatically too.

Small thing, should be easy to fix, but can be a big thing if one misses a premium hand in important stage of MTT.

More troubleshooting on the "no sound" problem.

I have two XP PCs.  One has SwC sound and one does not have SwC sound.  Other sounds work fine.

I used Windows Explorer (aka File Manager) to look at the installed files (C:\Program Files\swcpoker).  The PC with SwC sound has a C:\Program Files\swcpoker\Sounds folder with WAV files in it.  The PC with no SwC sound does not have a Sounds folder, and does not have the files.  Uninstalled and installed.  Still no folder and no WAV files.

Hmm, that's weird.

I wonder if it would work if you copied the "Sounds" folder and added it to the PC that's missing it.

I just keep spamming/boosting teh deepturbo (together w/ some others.) New record, 33 players, 300 for first, almost 1 coin prizes (2.7x GTD)... cool stuff IMO Smiley

Yeah, that was the biggest one I've seen so far.  We even made it to a second break.

If the numbers keep up maybe we can raise the guarantee a bit?

This one was just short of a 1 btc pool... and advertising it as a 500 GTD might bring in even more people.

withdrawals are taking so long, withdrawn like only .031btc and its been 2hrs already :/

Did this happen within the stated 12 hr withdraw window?

That is exactly what I did, and the sound worked immediately.

C:\Program Files\swcpoker\sounds  (it may be in a different location on other computers)

sounds folder containing WAV files for
call
check
dealcard
login
muck
pullchips
raise
timeout
toact
winchips

sound files are
705kbps
16-bit
1 channel (mono)
44 kHz
PCM

so for those who do not have sound while playing on SwCPoker, check to see if you have the sounds folder with those files in it.

This worked for me, too. Thankfully I hadn't updated on my tablet. And I uploaded the files so anyone else can grab them if they want: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9YmNd5VQEj4STljTkdDWGRIb0U/view?usp=sharing

I didn't do anything to assuage the security-conscious folk, so you may want to stay away from that link if you're paranoid. It's just a zip with the SwC WAVs though.

The serious lag issue is still not solved, very miserable when I play here. I have many times with many chips, and finally lost because of sitting out, and I click I am back, it was no responding, and the client is usually no responding or dead. So that I have to kill the process.

How about you, guys? Smooth or lag?  Huh

Still some lag, but not as bad as when the site first came back.

Now it's randomly sitting me out between hands sometimes, though.

Smooth for me.  I think it only lags in the freerolls.

1)  investigating lag.

2)  please close / re-open your clients to reconnect to SwC

3)  Thanks for continued support, ST7 working hard at many bug fixes and connectivity improvements.

15 chip freeroll crashed at final table Sad

As the site came back up the tourney was still there and labeled suspended/paused... then everything seemed to reset and now its just gone Sad

I feel like it will be important to be able to resume tournaments after these types of crashes, especially when they aren't freerolls.

EDIT

Seems like I got some sort of payout for that tournament.  ICM calculation Im guessing?

That explains what happened to me yesterday. I was playing a ring game hold'em table. Was dealt 2 broadway cards, but when it came to my turn it folded me instantly. It wasn't long enough to be a timeout, and I'm sure I didn't check the pre-act fold button. I had checked it on the previous hand though.

I was only playing something like 0.05/0.10 so even if the flop went my way I wouldn't have won more than about 30 chips max. But it's important to iron out these little bugs before it costs someone some serious amount of chips.

Why don't you answer the question from your peoplez Cheesy

I don't remember clearly but maybe you do.  Maybe 2 months?

I guess if you looked at Micon's post history you will find the answer of timing as well as in which order the supported OSs are being done.

Have you checked out the posts above about sound?  It looks like we might have hopefully found a workaround.

Does your "SwCpoker" folder have a "Sounds" folder in it?

The Late Deep Turbo is coming up in an hour.

We had 33 players a couple nights ago.  Can we beat the record tonight?

Good point.  I coulda been more helpful.  I just got all excited that someone else is over here on the sidelines waiting for the fun.  FWIW, Android is actually a "linux client" in the sense that it's running the Linux kernel.  I do suppose that Jarx was asking about GNU/Linux (ie, the desktop OS we *all* know and love).  I thought last time Micon weighed in on this he had said Android client was next to drop.  I'm surprised that OSX has risen up the list.

Unless it's related to the skillset of your current development team I don't understand why this is the order.  I would think that HTML 5 would be number 2, as it brings SWC to the greatest number of users.

I know that this is a highly controversial topic...this is not meant to restart the "which OS is better" debate.
